Welcome to NextChare. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use NextChare.
NextChare is a marketplace that connects independent beauty professionals ("Stylists") and shop owners ("Shops") with clients seeking hair, barber, and braiding services ("Clients"). We do not directly provide beauty services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NextChare. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Stylists must hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance for the services they offer in their jurisdiction. Shops must have proper business licenses and comply with all local regulations.
Clients may book appointments through the NextChare platform. Once a Stylist accepts a booking request, a binding appointment is created between the Client and the Stylist.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions.
NextChare facilitates payments between Clients and Stylists. All payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners. Stylists and Shops receive payouts according to the schedule disclosed in their dashboard.
NextChare charges a platform fee on each transaction. Current fee rates are displayed in your account settings. By using the platform, you agree to these fees.
Stylists and Shops may be required to submit verification documents, including government-issued identification, professional licenses, and proof of insurance. NextChare reviews these documents to help build trust on the platform.
Submitting fraudulent documents or misrepresenting your credentials will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
NextChare includes safety features such as SOS alerts and appointment check-ins. These tools are provided as a supplementary safety measure and do not replace emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number first.
Users agree to use safety features responsibly. False or malicious use of SOS alerts or safety reporting may result in account suspension.
You may not use NextChare to:
Users may post reviews, photos, and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant NextChare a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, paid reviews, or reviews intended to defame competitors are prohibited.
NextChare is a platform connecting independent service providers with clients. We do not endorse, guarantee, or supervise the quality of services provided by Stylists or Shops.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextChare is not liable for any damages arising from services rendered, missed appointments, or interactions between users. Disputes between Clients and Stylists should be resolved directly between the parties.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. NextChare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other legitimate business reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
